Return Policy on Eyeglasses & Sunglasses
If you don't like the product we shipped you, or have any problem whatsoever, we have a 14 Day Return Policy. Just call us or send an email and we will replace it for you or refund your money, as per your preference. However, this will not be applicable if you use the product and decide to return the same. Return Policy is only applicable for unused products in Original condition.
Return Policy on Contact Lenses
If you have changed your mind or got the wrong product, and you have not opened the contact lens sealed-box we sent you, we have a 14 Day return Policy for you. Please ensure that the product is in original packing and the packing has not been removed. Call us or send an email within 14 days and we will replace it for you or refund your money, as per your preference.
* Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to appear in your account.

In order to demonstrate our commitment towards exemplary customer service, we provide a 365 days No use Policy which enables you to return your order for any reason. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging and not within 6 months of expiry date (if any), and make sure that the product is in the same condition.
- You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the purchase date.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- You will be provided with a pre-paid pickup to return the purchase to us.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
